Refund and Returns Policy
We have a 15-day return policy that applies in the following situations:
It should not be used. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, as well as to ensure that odours are transferred to the product (For example natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume, etc.)
It must be unwashed, with all price tags, brand tags, and shoe boxes still attached, and all original packaging must be present.
For sanitary reasons, packaged items and swimwear bottoms are on Final Sale.
We offer a reverse pick-up service based on your zip code.
Only three pick-up attempts will be made to collect the customer’s return parcel.
Only unused items are returnable/exchangeable.
You can make the request within 15 days of placing the order. Following the 15-day period, it is a request for approval with a valid reason within the next 15 days. When we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund is approved. If we receive any used/soiled/torn/unclean/wrong product in return, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
If you are approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
A Buyer may request a replacement if he or she is dissatisfied with the item for any reason, including damaged in shipping; defective item(s); item(s) missing; incorrect item(s) shipped, and so on. Please keep in mind that in the event of a refund or exchange for reasons other than those listed below, the Buyer will be responsible for paying Shipping Charges (as determined by Mini & Ming), which will be deducted during the refund process or from subsequent orders.
NOTE: The refund will only be processed in the original payment method, In case of COD the refund is only done via NEFT.
Returns
Our policy is valid for 15 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 15 days have passed since your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
In the following cases, only partial refunds are granted: (If appropriate)
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons other than our fault.
Any item returned more than ten days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 – 10 business days.
Refunds that are late or missing (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be officially posted.
Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is usually some processing time.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items, unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) (if applicable)
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at [email protected] if you need to exchange it for the same item.
What If I Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product?
We do perform a “Quality Check” on all of our shipping and packaging processes, but if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product, or an incomplete order, simply contact us with pictures within 24 hours of receiving your order at [email protected] and we will take care of the rest.
How Do I Return an Item?
Call Customer Service at ([email protected]) and let us know about the return or exchange. Identify yourself using your Order Number.
Our courier partners will arrange a reverse pick-up based on your pin code, and only three pick-up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel.
Once received, the return/exchange product is subjected to a quality inspection.
Mini & Ming does not offer refunds. We would, however, gladly exchange your product or provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same as the purchase price of the product. You can use this coupon to shop on our website.
Please allow 2-4 days for returns/exchanges to be processed.
My Area Is Not Serviceable For Return, How Do I Return My Order?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:

Please ensure that the product is unused and unwashed. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return.
What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check?
Mini & Ming has the authority to reveres the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending the product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/WhatsApp.
